Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 8, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 623 BUILDING NO. 6 OF TERRACE I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4110, PAGE 1231, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED.
and commonly known as: 10265 HERITAGE BAY BLVD APT 623, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on December 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
