NOTICE lS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of December, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 14, Golden Gate, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 60 through 64, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
