notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009915 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2006-AA7), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and RONALD AGIN; JANENE AGIN and HORSE CREEK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first floor, atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, HORSE CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 74 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and commonly known as: 363 SADDLEBROOK LANE, NAPLES, FL 334110
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
