NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-01020-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Margarita Cotto, Louis Santana, JR., Jane Doe n/k/a Lynzi Villanueva, Leawood Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 111, LEAWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 62 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
