YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, AMERICAN MOMENTUM BANK, a Florida banking corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Unit 104, GREEN POINT CONDOMINIUM, an Industrial condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Official Records Instrument No. 1999084591, and Amendments thereto and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, Pages 31, 31-A and 31-B, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to J. Martin Knaust, Esquire or L. Geoffrey Young, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, on or before 12/10/12 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
