Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-004697-SC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-49CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-49CB is the Plaintiff, and MARIE VECCHIOLI, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 169, UNIT 4, VENICE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 4TH day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
