Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 001393 NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM J. PAPPAS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17 and the North 5 feet of Lot 18, Block “D”, Corrected and Amended Plat of the Revised Plat of EAST GATE TERRACE, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 100 100A and 100B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 11TH day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
