Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 001389 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ALBERT FROST, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT 113, TREGATE EAST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1275, PAGE 1854, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 45, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 11th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
