Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, Block 1912, 1st Replat of the 41st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 36, 36A and 36B of thr Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
