NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009699 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ERIC W. TREECE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC W. TREECE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
