NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/31, 2012, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002618 NC DIV A of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Dale Yoder; Teresa Yoder; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF BEE RIDGE, LESS THE EAST 18 FEET THEREOF AS DESCRIBED IN ORDER OF TAKING IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1822, PAGE 2671 AND LESS RIGHT OF WAY GRANTED TO SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2595, PAGE 157, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 247, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
