Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

Lot 8, Block D, resubdivision of Lots 1 through 14, Block O, Plat of Sarasota a/k/a Schindler's Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 28 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This is Parcel ID No. 2026-07-0021 located at 1726 8th Street, Sarasota, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, with the foreclosure sale to be conducted via the internet, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 10, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
