NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012221 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and LUCIA REID; FRANCES CARLTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PASSER INC DBA SERVPRO OF NORTH SARASOTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIA REID; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
DWELLING UNIT 105 FRANCES CARLTON CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2001108976 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35 PAGES 10, 10A, AND 10B AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
