NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003108 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and LYNDA CITRO AKA LYNDA L CITRO; PHILLIP CITRO; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on December 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
