NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000425 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and RICHARD MINER; SARAH MINER; C. IVAN STOLZFUS A/K/A C. IVAN STOLTZFUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MONEYFL.COM, LLC; CHASE BANK USA, N.A. F/K/A CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CHARLESTON PARK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2620, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
