NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 10th day of December 2012, at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE NORTH 36 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 2, REVISED PLAT OF BLOCK 2 & 7 OF THE TOWN OF BEE RIDGE, FLA., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 162 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
