NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010006 WS J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff, and William S. Bain; Brenda Bain f/k/a Brenda Diane Zierhut f/k/a Brenda Zierhut, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation and 3 Student Loans, LLC, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1408, Regency Park Unit Nine, according to the map, or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 11-12, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Street Address: 9821 Gray Fox Lane, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
