ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-47CB MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-47CB is the Plaintiff, and WILLARD L. SUMMERS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 98 AND 99 OF SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S)28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 7th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
