Lot 4, Block 15, Bobcat Villas, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 20, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before December 17, 2012; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
