The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.sarasotaclerk.com/ IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , DECEMBER 10, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
