LOTS 18988, 18989 AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 18987, SOUTH VENICE UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
