OXNER; HAMILTON PARK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAMILTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIEZER RIVERA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SONIA RIVERA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 12/06/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
