YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Sarasota, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:

A tract of land lying in Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, in Sarasota County, Florida described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, and run thence East, a distance of 531 feet along the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, run thence North, a distance of 160.50 feet, for a Point of Beginning: Run thence East and parallel with the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, a distance of 500 feet to the property sold by E.T. Drymon and wife to C.L. Page and Ravana Page, his wife, run thence North a distance of 120.50 feet, run thence West a distance of 100 feet, run thence South a distance of 120.50 feet, run thence East a distance of 100 feet to close the description.
Commonly known as: 2113 OLENTARY STREET, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34231.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2878 Remington Green Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
