NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 28, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-004693-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and GERALD D. CLEMONS; SHIRLEY H. CLEMONS; CARPENTERS RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHTRUST MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DECEMBER 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47 OF CARPENTER'S RUN, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, ON PAGES 97, 98, 99 AND 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
