NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 28, 2012, and entered in 51-2012-CA-000968-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and DONALD MARSHALL IV; SHAWNDRE MARSHALL; LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; PULTE HOME CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DECEMBER 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, BLOCK 27, LEXINGTON OAKS, VILLAGES 28 AND 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 28 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
