NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007702-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Linda Marano, Bridgewater Community Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Linda Marano nka Tom Marano, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
