L. KIRBY TRUST, DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2005; LINDA LEE KIRBY; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE L. L. KIRBY TRUST, DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2005; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
