LYING AND BEING IN THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
