NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 29, 2012, in Case No. 58-2011-CA-005110 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, a/k/a Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Michael W. Miller, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7TH day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot “G” of SCHUTT'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence East along North line of said Lot “G” extended, 295.7 feet; thence North 18°31' West, 523 feet; thence North 80°22' East, 140 feet; thence North 58°54' East, 11.3 feet to point of beginning; thence continue North 58°54' East 71.8 feet; thence North 31°06' West, 125 feet, more or less, to waters of Casey's Pass (Venice Inlet); thence Southwesterly along waters of said Casey's Pass (Venice Inlet) 59 feet, more or less, to a point lying in a North 25°09' West direction from the point of beginning; thence South 25°09' East, 125 feet, more or less, to point of beginning; and being in Section 1, Township 39 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida; together with riparian rights and water privileges thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; said property being otherwise known as Cottage #5 at Tarpon Center.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
