NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-003863-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Demick S. Feliz, Rebecca Feliz, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Palm Cove of Wesley Chapel Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of December 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
