NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of October 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011832 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT GEURDEN A/K/A ROBERT M. GEURDEN, ROBERT GEURDEN, TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT GEURDEN REVOCABLE TRUST, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ROBERT GEURDEN REVOCABLE TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 750, TWELFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
