NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of October 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012053 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and MITAR KUKRKIC, ANNE B TODOROVICH A/K/A ANNE TODOROVICH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITAR KUKRKIC, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1299, 26TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
