NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of October 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002249 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD R. EACHUS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK OF ENGLEWOOD VIEW ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
