NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007227 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLEY MORRIS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, SHERWOOD FOREST OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY, INC., SHERWOOD FOREST UNIT NO. 2 OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., MICHAEL MORRIS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, SHERWOOD FOREST, UNIT NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE (S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
