Lot 16, Block V, Plat of AVION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 112 and 113 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
