NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000040 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and RICHARD A. TROTT, SR.; DENISE A. TROTT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 1401, 28TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGES 12, 12A THROUGH 12K, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
