NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003945 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and NORINDA R. YANCEY; ROBERT N. YANCEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK VII, REVISED PLAT OF BLOCK “B” BELLEVUE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
