NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009406 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and WIESLAW PASTERNAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WIESLAW PASTERNAK; PIOTR CHLEBOWSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PIOTR CHLEBOWSKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 34, UNIT 85, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, AS PER REPLAT OF AN AMENDED PLAT OF UNITS 83 AND 87, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 AT PAGES 82 AND 82A THROUGH 82F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
