B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and, JOHN JAIME ARIAS aka JOHN J. ARIAS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK 12, NORTHDALE SECTION B UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
