J of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the Clerk's Website for online auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit: SEE ATTACHED

Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 15, JOSIAH RICHARDSON'S CENTER HILL SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
