NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014935 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Knox, Sienna Villas at Beach Park Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 320, BUILDING “C”, SIENA VILLAS AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12708, PAGES 1681, ALL ATTACHMENTS, AND AS MODIFIED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12723, PAGE(S) 1095, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
