NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2007-CA-003084 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-B Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-AB4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Susan Pearce, Carriage Pointe Community Association, Inc., Carriage Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, acting solely as nominee for American Brokers Conduit, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 on the 30th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
