NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020256 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for The Certificateholders Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AHL3 , is the Plaintiff and Lisa Hodges a/k/a Lisa Capps Hodges a/k/a Lisa Jones, Gion Jones a/k/a Gion Everson Jones, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
