NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008 CA 026950 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST2006-11CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11CB, Plaintiff, and, PLUTARCO SANTOS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.comFlorida, at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February 2012, the following described property:
UNIT NO. D, BUILDING 49, MODEL TYPE DESOTO 1, OF WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGE 616, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
