NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025812, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and HEIDY M. MOLINA; BAKARI O. GILMORE; VENETIAN AT BAY PARK HOMEOWERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM. on January 14th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
