Final Judgment was awarded on August 9, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-026924, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS LAVERDE; ROSA A. LAVERDE; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A TONY GENOVESE; JANE DOE N/K/A KRISTEN GENOVESE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 18, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
