NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 26, 2001, in Civil Case No.: 01-CA-004054, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT ALDRICH; PAMELA ALDRICH; SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A. N/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 17, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BAY LAKE SUBDIVISION, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF LOT 1 LYING WEST OF A LINE DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 1, 120 FEET WEST OF THE NE CORNER, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 1; MIDWAY BETWEEN SOUTHEASTERLY AND SOUTHWESTERLY CORNERS OF LOT 1 AND THAT PART OF LOT 2 LYING EAST OF A LINE BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 1, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT MIDWAY BETWEEN SOUTHEASTERLY AND SOUTHWESTERLY CORNERS OF LOT 2; ALL OF THE ABOVE LYING IN BAY LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
