AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and SONYA A. HENDERSON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, OF REVISED MAP OF TOLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
