NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 18, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-13581 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BRUCE WHITLOCK A/K/A ROBERT B. WHITLOCK A/K/A ROBERT WHITLOCK; RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BELL GREGORY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1521 IN BUILDING NO. 15 OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3817, PAGES 512 THROUGH 584, INCLUSIVE, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER, WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
