NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of January 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOT 27, BLOCK 3, AMBERLY OAKS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 264-268, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
